Who We Are?

For years, Havenwood Girls Softball has been a home base for girls in the Pasadena community — a place to learn the game, build confidence, and make friendships that last well beyond the season. We're proud to hold level-one accreditation with AA Co. Rec & Parks, and every coach and volunteer completes the county's background check program, because keeping your daughter safe is non-negotiable.

We are 100% girls' softball — nothing else. We're not an umbrella organization juggling multiple sports, and we don't split our resources, fields, or attention with a boys' program. Every dollar raised and every hour volunteered goes toward one thing: making this program better for our girls. That focus is what lets us do softball well.

Havenwood is run by parent volunteers who know this league from the inside out. Most of us have daughters who came up through the program, and plenty of us stick around long after our own kids have graduated — because once you're part of this community, it's hard to leave. We coach because we love the game, and we love watching girls grow into confident teammates and competitors.

Here, girls learn more than how to field a grounder or read a pitch. They learn what it feels like to work hard toward a goal, to lean on their teammates, and to belong somewhere. Whether your daughter is picking up a glove for the first time or chasing a spot on a travel team down the road, she'll find a place here where she fits in, gets better, and has fun doing it.
